The Makey Makey is a very interesting tool that you can use to do multiple stuff with everyday things like balloons, veggies, play doh and tin foil. you can make music, play video games, make your own gaming keyboard out of tin foil and do much more. Another tool that I honestly want to buy is the Lego WeDo what you do with this is you hook it up to scratch, a program to help young learners code, and then you add the lego WeDo extension and make some magic! you can make a motor turn and open a lego drawbridge move a lego person with a simple code. I think that kids have a creative energy flowing through them that simply cant be contained. It is defiantly better to let the energy be released rather than forcing them to slowly slowly, step by painstaking step being tempted to do something on their own and then being punished for not sticking with the class.
